Meet Carol Charen. Carol has been an integral part of Dr. Thurm’s dental team since 1981, serving as the office manager. With an eye for detail, she diligently monitors patient accounts, handles office procedures, and arranges patient financing. Her compassion and empathy extend to every patient, especially those with dental phobia, whom she supports with understanding and care. Beyond the office, Carol can be found behind her mic as a voiceover artist and remains actively dedicated in women’s organizations showcasing her dedication to both her professional and personal pursuits.

Excellent dentist and staff. Seen on time. State of the art equipment and most importantly, correct and good treatment with a conservative approach. Dr. Thurm’s approach is to assess the situation, range of options, whether the treatment is urgent or can wait and proceed from there. Everybody in this facility is both professional and friendly.
